Services

Four kinds of work, all done by the founder: no junior team and no handoff to someone who has not seen the operation.

How work starts

Work starts with a 20-minute discovery call. AI coaching can begin right after that call. For other work, if there is a fit, the founder visits the business for a 45-minute walkthrough: he looks at the tools in use and how information moves between people and systems, and gives an honest opinion on where AI makes sense and where it's a waste of money. If there is a worthwhile project, a scoped proposal follows. It names what will be built, what “done” means, the price, the duration, and what the client owns at the end.

An engagement does not have to put AI in every part. When ordinary software or a change to the workflow solves the problem, that is what gets built.

  • The walkthrough is in person, in South Florida. Coaching, working sessions, and the work that follows can be delivered remotely, and remote engagements are welcome.
  • Not set up for enterprise procurement: RFPs, vendor onboarding, or six-figure programs.

AI tools & agents

The work that eats the most hours is usually repetitive and well-defined, which makes it the right candidate for automation. The job is finding those workflows and building the tools and agents that take them over: connecting the software a business already pays for, automating intake and handoffs, and modernizing how the work gets done. The business owns what gets built.

What gets built

Tools are built and connected around how a business actually works: internal software, reporting, integrations, AI agents for back-office work, and automated workflows. The result is one scoped system.

What the client gets

  • A working system in use by the people who do the work, not a report about one.
  • Documentation of what was built and how it runs.
  • A plain-language explanation of where the data goes.
  • Review points where a person approves consequential outputs, with the cases the system cannot handle kept in view.

How the work is shaped

One bottleneck at a time, sized in weeks, not quarters. Once the system is in use, the client decides whether there is a next one.

Monthly support is available by arrangement where the system needs it, scoped per engagement.

What is not sold

  • Customer-facing chat or phone bots as the engagement.
  • Running agents on the client's behalf as an ongoing managed service.
  • Around-the-clock coverage.

The owned-and-operated systems shown on the Work page are proof of what can be built, not a menu of services.

Digital marketing & websites

Marketing & Tracking Infrastructure

Most companies spend on marketing without a reliable view of what it returns. The fix is server-side tracking, analytics, and attribution set up so the numbers can be trusted, then campaigns managed against them.

Marketing is a service on its own: the website, the campaigns, and the tracking can be hired without any AI work.

Websites & Brand Presentation

How a company presents itself decides whether it gets the call. The work covers websites, storefronts, video, and sales material so the business looks like what it actually is.

How the work is shaped

Websites and storefronts are built as projects. Campaigns are managed on an ongoing basis. Tracking is set up before campaigns are managed against it.

What is not promised

No sales lift, return on ad spend, or search ranking is promised. The tracking reports what happened, including what did not work.

The Marketing page shows how tracking connects an ad to what the inquiry became.

AI coaching & working sessions

Working sessions with owners and their staff to understand AI, evaluate ideas, and work through practical problems with realistic expectations.

What the client gets

The aim is an owner or employee who can open Claude or Codex, point it at a folder of company files, create and edit files with it, and have a second AI check the work.

Sessions are one-on-one or with a few people from the same company.

What it is not

Not a certification, a course, or a class on prompting tricks, and not a promise that one session makes anyone fluent.

Sessions can also cover

In-person AI workshops

Most teams have access to AI tools and no idea where they help. Hands-on sessions for owners and their staff work through their real workflows rather than generic examples.

What it is

A workshop is practical work in a small group at the office on Coral Way in Miami. Each one focuses on a defined topic or project, with time to practice and ask questions.

What it is not

Not a session that rebuilds a company's live books or ad accounts in the room. A company that wants the same method inside its own software is describing a project.

Dates

No workshop dates are published yet. To hear when the first one is scheduled, get in touch. A private session for one company's staff can also be arranged.
