Who we help

Ecommerce: the work around the sale

A storefront is one part of selling online. The gaps are around the sale.

A customer agrees on products by phone, then has to choose them all again online. An order shipped by hand from another channel leaves the inventory count wrong.

From a phone conversation to a checkout

At CakeMiami, the operator builds a cart link in CakeTrack during the call. The customer pays for what was already agreed, and the paid order lands in fulfillment.

Shipping from Amazon stock without losing the inventory record

Order records that follow fulfillment, so what actually happened after the sale is recorded, not only requested.

Avico kept stock in Amazon's warehouses. When an order from outside Amazon was shipped by hand through Seller Central, Avico's own inventory ledger never heard about it, and the next sync reported the missing units as unexplained.

The module was reconciled against live records and closed in August 2026.

What it does not do

  • Pull orders from Shopify.
  • Choose routing.
  • Send tracking back.
  • Have its own screen.

It is one bounded module inside an Avico application that is unfinished as a whole.
