Marketing connected to what happens after the inquiry

An advertising report can count inquiries while the booking and payment systems hold the information needed to understand what those inquiries became.

A call comes in from an ad, the sale closes days later by text, and the payment goes through a checkout.

So the ad account only sees the first step, and budget decisions rest on a number that stops when the phone rings.

Following an inquiry through to payment

TheraMax, a therapy clinic in Miami, got calls and form inquiries from its ads. TheraTrack kept the ad click on each one and sent the stages that followed, through booking and payment, back to Google Ads, with the first payment recorded apart from later ones.

The loop: ad click to Google Ads and back

None of this requires AI work. The same method fits any business where the sale happens after the inquiry.

What counts as a qualified lead, a booking, or a customer belongs to the business, and a tracking warning needs someone to read it and decide.

An ad leads to a call; the sale happens later

At CakeMiami, many orders start as a phone call. CakeTrack keeps where the customer came from. When the order is paid, how the customer checked out and how they found the bakery stay two separate facts.

Not every sale ends up attributed.

Customer photos become product-page proof

Photos from real customers end up on the matching CakeMiami product pages, where the next shopper sees the cake at a real occasion. No sales lift is claimed from it.

One step stayed personal on purpose: when an automated review request drew little response, a personal ask from the owner did better.
